Other email communications may include newsletters, special offers, surveys, or other direct communications; if you no longer wish to receive newsletters or special offers from us, you may “unsubscribe” from such communications. You may not unsubscribe from Standard Communications.
SinglePoint may disclose information about its users if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. SinglePoint may also disclose information to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use; comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or any other data protection regulation; detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of SinglePoint, its users or advertising partners, or the general public. If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored under U.S. privacy standards. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US.

We keep your information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The length of time we retain the information is determined by operational and legal considerations.

If you are a California resident, California law may also provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. SinglePoint does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to register a user account. The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you have a complaint about our handling of your personal information, or other Collected Information, please let us know about the complaint and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
